Generating Company of renewable energy invests USD 50 million in El Salvador

At the beginning of this month, the company of American-Spanish capital,- Real Infrastructure, placed the cornerstone of the photovoltaic plants Trinidad y Márquez with an installed power of 17.8 megawatts (MW) and an investment amounting to USD 50 million. This plant will be located in the municipality of Acajutla.


The project will generate about 120 direct jobs with a construction time of eight months, supplying power to Salvadoran households.


Real Infrastructure has programmed to raise its investment in El Salvador to USD 150 million with ten new energy projects in four municipalities of the country.
