CEPA reports that air cargo terminal mobilized 21 million kilograms of merchandise in favor of foreign trade.

The Government announced that Salvadoran exports have increased again and reached $ 508 million in October.

 

The Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA) mobilized a significant amount of merchandise through the international airport, according to the institution in a statement.

 

“We work hard to move El Salvador's economy. So far this year, our air cargo terminal has handled a total of 20,920,097 kilograms in imports and exports “.

 

The role of CEPA was also fundamental during the pandemic, to keep the commercial exchange fluid for the authorities companies to operate and to allow an agile entry of food and medicines.

 

In addition, the air terminal will enter into an expansion process with the first Public-Private Partnership (APP) to be developed in El Salvador, thanks to the fact that the Government of President Bukele made the decision to accelerate this process.

 

On the other hand, the Government announced that Salvadoran exports have increased again and reached $ 508 million in October, the second highest amount of the year.
